Job Description Compensation : Counselor LPC LCSW IND1 POSITION PURPOSE The Therapist ITCS is part of the person-centered integrated team and provides direct and indirect services to persons served as part of the ICTS program in Boone County. The therapist serves as a team lead, providing clinical oversight, recommendations and support to the team based on identified strengths, needs, abilities and preferences of individuals served.
