We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Child Protection & Safeguarding Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structure and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours for working parents and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. Windsor and Maidenhead is embedding a systemic approach and is currently undergoing a number of changes focussed on reducing caseloads and improving outcomes for families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Windsor and Maidenhead City Council.Main duties include:
To be successful:
- Producing Court Reports
- Attending LAC Reviews, Case conferences and Child Protection meetings
- Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
- Section 47s
- Core Assessments
For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level.
