Job Description

One of my clients has requested cover for a Band 7 Social worker for a 3-6 month period.This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience with an great service in Hertfordshire.The successful candidate will need to be HCPC Registered, the service requires a Qualified Social Worker to join a busy NHS Adult community Mental Health team. Working 15 hrs per week Other duties include Band 7 Social Worker
  • Working 15 hrs per week
    • Ability to deliver on Trust values
    • Registered Social Worker
    • Community mental health experience
    • Able to provide supervision to social workers
    • Able to offer duty management support to the team
    • Understanding of CPA
    • Skilled in assessment and risk management and care planning
    • Collaborative approach to working with service users/families/carers/colleagues/agencies
    • Understanding of secondary care access criteria
    • Confident in signposting and social prescribing
    • A 'Can do' approach to work
    • Good organisational skills/Typing skills/Computer literate
