We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Supporting & Strengthening Families in South Tyneside Council within the Social Care industry. Out client is looking to grow their current staffing levels to support the children in their journey. To be successful:
- Producing Court Reports
- Attending LAC Reviews, Case conferences and Child Protection meetings
- Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
- Section 47s
- Core Assessments
- Direct Work with children and families including: Assessment, Care Planning, Delivery and Review
- Handling complex, sensitive and serious situations and information
- Attending Court Processes with regards to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level IE: DIPSW, BA HONS SW, BSc SW, Masters. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a Children's Safeguarding or Child Protection Team.Benefits of Working for South Tyneside Council:
