Joining NFA's professional team and working from your home base, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising an enthusiastic group of foster carers across the Crystal Palace - London and South East area.
Supervising Social Workers are responsible for managing foster resources in an allocated area, recruiting, assessing, supervising, training and supporting foster carers and their placements, ensuring that we provide quality and professional services.
We are looking for experienced social workers who can demonstrate recent experience in fostering and who share our ongoing commitment in providing excellence in the quality placements we provide for the children and young people in our care.
You will need to be a qualified Social Worker, hold HCPC registration and possess a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and its' impact on fostering services.
You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, have good IT skills and be flexible and able to travel throughout the area.
